The hypno journey that guides you back to your true self
TranceformMe
I’ve always tried to make decisions by listening to myself — to that quiet voice inside that somehow always knows what’s right.
Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent over 14 years working in IT sales, supporting people and solving problems. But something in me kept pulling toward a different kind of work — something more personal, more meaningful.
I trained with the OMNI Hypnosis Center and studied relationship systems work, both gave me deeper insight into how we connect — with others and, more importantly, with ourselves.
Outside of my work, I’ve always been drawn to things that bring me closer to my emotions, to my inner self. I do yoga, dancing, playing piano. And I’ve been singing for most of my life — it’s always helped me feel grounded and present. Just like hypnosis, singing allows emotions to rise to the surface. That’s why hypnotherapy left such a strong impression on me — it felt like discovering a path to truth and healing through inner stillness.
I was also deeply moved to learn that in countries like the Netherlands and Switzerland, hypnosis is already used instead of anesthesia during surgeries. One of my teachers, Ina Oostrom, personally guided a patient through surgery using only hypnosis, no anesthesia, right here in the Netherlands. I still remember my husband’s face — completely stunned — as he translated a Swiss news story about a similar case in Zurich, where a patient underwent surgery supported solely by hypnotic guidance.
That was one of the moments I knew: this isn’t just a technique. It’s a powerful, natural way of working with the mind — deeply effective, gentle and transformative.
I don’t give advices (unless you ask 😊), and I’m not here to “fix” anyone. Instead, I help people reconnect with the part of themselves that already holds the answers — the calm, intuitive place within, that brings clarity, confidence, and peace.
Hypnotherapy can help with self-doubt, fears, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, simply feeling disconnected from yourself and so much more. But at its heart, it’s about one essential thing: learning to truly hear, love, respect and trust yourself again.
When you do, life starts to feel lighter. You begin to make clearer choices, feel more grounded, and attract what you genuinely want and truly deserve.
I’m here to help you reconnect with that inner voice — with more clarity, more calm, and more trust.
That’s where the real shift begins.
